Required number = H.C.F. of (91 - 43), (183 - 91) and (183 - 43)

Simply way is divide 43, 81 and 183 by 4 we get the same remainder 3 for all.

No need to difference between them.
Simply take one by one option and divide given number in question (43, 91 and 183) and equate remainder.
