See my problem is that why we have added prizes and blanks?
Why we are selecting from 35 samples instead of 25 samples?
My answer is 10/25. Correct me If I am wrong.

Using the complement rule:
P(prize) = 1 - P(blanks).
P(prize) = 1 -25/35 = 2/7.
P(prize) = 1 - P(blanks).
P(prize) = 1 -25/35 = 2/7.

25+ 10 = 35,
10C1/35C1 = 2/7.
10C1/35C1 = 2/7.
