If yes then, first draw a hexagon ABCDEF, you will see that te only equilateral triangles than can be formed are ACE and FBD, order of the points wont matter as it leads to the same triangle.

Now the number of ways in which points can be chosen are 6c3.
So your answer is : 2/6c3.

I want to tell an easy solution for this.

We have 10 prizes and 25 blanks
Total chits = 10 + 25 = 35,
Probability of getting a prize = 10/35,
= 2/7.
This is a very easy way to find out the correct answer.

Question is the probability of (getting prize).

Prize given is just 10.
So prob will be 10 divided by total(prize + nothing or blank)..that is out of 10 & 25.
Therefore 10/35 = 2/7.

They are asking about the prize.

So, we taken the prize alone not blanks.
Prize is n(p)= 10.

No of possibilities = 35 which is prize and blanks.
= 10/35 = 3/7.
