X pipe can fill in tank.
Y tank filled with leak.
Time taken by leak to empty tank is (xy/y-x).
2*(7/3)/(7/3-2)=14.

There is a simple formula.
a(1+(a/x)).
a= 2 hours.
x= 2 1/3- 2= 1/3.
Solution:
2(1+(2/ (1/3) )= 14.
a(1+(a/x)).
a= 2 hours.
x= 2 1/3- 2= 1/3.
Solution:
2(1+(2/ (1/3) )= 14.

A × B/ A - B.
2 × 7/3 ÷ 2 - 7/3,
14/3 ÷ 1/3.
14/3 × 13/1.
42/3 = 14ans.
2 × 7/3 ÷ 2 - 7/3,
14/3 ÷ 1/3.
14/3 × 13/1.
42/3 = 14ans.

Shortcut;
x = 2.
y = 7/3 =====>(2 * 3) + 1.
x*y/y-x =====>14.
x = 2.
y = 7/3 =====>(2 * 3) + 1.
x*y/y-x =====>14.
