Simply;

Students below age of 8= 20%
Students above age of 8= 2/3,
Students in age of 8= 48.
48*2/3= 32.
32+48= 80%.
80%+20%=100%.

The no of students = 100
Now, 20% of 100 =20

And 8 years old are :
2/3 of 48

Now let's calculate students >8,
which is 2/3(48)=96/3=32

Now combine students who are >8 and students who are 8.
