Here it is a number series 3 is added to first number and 6 is added to next two numbers
6+3=9
9+6=15

Yes I had confused about this question because each digit divisible by 2 but 21 is only digit its'nt divisible by 2, so the answer is 21 not 28.

28, 24, 30 are devisible by 2 only 21 is not divisible by 2. So, why answer is 28 and why not 21?
