All the numbers are addition of 3, except 28
3+3=6
3+3+3=9
3+3+3+3+3=15
3+3+3+3+3+3+3=21
3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3=24
3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3=27
3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3=30
or
(another method is all the nos. are coming in table of 3, except 28.)
3*2=6
3*3=9
3*5=15
3*7=21
2*8=24
2*9=27

Very simple just see the table of 3.
3*2=6.
3*3=9.
3*4=12.
3*5=15.
3*6=18.
3*7=21.
3*8=24.
3*9=27.
3*10=30.
So 28 is not a multiple by 3. So wrong answer is 28.
3*2=6.
3*3=9.
3*4=12.
3*5=15.
3*6=18.
3*7=21.
3*8=24.
3*9=27.
3*10=30.
So 28 is not a multiple by 3. So wrong answer is 28.

Except 21 all are an even number.
Except 28 all are divisible by 3.
So which one the answer?
Both are odd. So both are the answer or the question is wrong.

Yes I had confused about this question because each digit divisible by 2 but 21 is only digit its'nt divisible by 2, so the answer is 21 not 28.

3*2 = 6
3*3 = 9
3*4 = 12
3*5 = 15
3*6 = 18
3*7 = 21
3*8 = 24
3*9 = 27
3*10 = 30.
But 28 is not multiple of 3 so the answer is 28.
3*3 = 9
3*4 = 12
3*5 = 15
3*6 = 18
3*7 = 21
3*8 = 24
3*9 = 27
3*10 = 30.
But 28 is not multiple of 3 so the answer is 28.

By adding two digit numbers we get only single digit but 28 we get again two digits.
For 21 2+1 = 3 so on.
But 28 2+8 = 10.
For 21 2+1 = 3 so on.
But 28 2+8 = 10.

28, 24, 30 are devisible by 2 only 21 is not divisible by 2. So, why answer is 28 and why not 21?

As 9 is the only perfect square among all the options, hence 9 should be the answer.
