6, 9, 15, 21, 24, 28, 30.

All the numbers are the addition of 3, except 28.

3 * 2= 6,
3 * 3= 9,
3 * 5= 15,
3 * 7= 21,
2 * 8= 24,
2 * 9= 27,
3 * 10= 30.

21 is the only odd number in the option then why not 21?

According to me, the answer is 21.

Every option is multiple of 2 except it.

3*2 = 6
3*3 = 9
3*4 = 12
3*5 = 15
3*6 = 18
3*7 = 21
3*8 = 24
3*9 = 27
3*10 = 30.

But 28 is not multiple of 3 so the answer is 28.

Except 21 all are an even number.
Except 28 all are divisible by 3.

So which one the answer?

Both are odd. So both are the answer or the question is wrong.
