14.
A rectangular field is to be fenced on three sides leaving a side of 20 feet uncovered. If the area of the field is 680 sq. feet, how many feet of fencing will be required?
Answer: Option
Explanation:
We have: l = 20 ft and lb = 680 sq. ft.
So, b = 34 ft.
Length of fencing = (l + 2b) = (20 + 68) ft = 88 ft.

Why it will be l+2b?
Because here is not mentioned that either length or breath which one has to be covered?

He has considered 20 as Length because In a rectangle always LENGTH is larger than BREADTH.
Here, he has given 20. Let it be L or B.
Substitute in LxB = 680.
Whichever the value comes less that will be the breadth.

It need not be l+2b. It can also be 2l+b (as they have mentioned only as 3 sides).
