Sorry sir, I won't lie for our company because ethics should not be changed for anything in this world. And never a lie will benefit anything for a long term period. One day it will come in front of everyone and it will hamper company's growth and reputation.

Sir, first I would like to bring to your notice the fact that a small lie is like a wave, either it makes the ship sail more smoothly or destroys it all together. So lies can be spoken only after examining the consequences. As Gandhiji said, If lies make up for a cause, it is better to tell lies, but if it is for getting somebody hang, truth should be one's affinity. The same principle is followed by me. So I would only tell a lie after understanding the consequences.

I don't have any problem in lying as long as it gives benefits to my company. No1 in this world is "satyawadi" everyone has to act according to the the situations in which he or she is. If a single lie takes my company to a good position then that lie is another kind of truth. Its better to be flexible rather than being stiffed. :-).

I will definitely not lie for a company because.

First of all it will impact on company's goodwill and I am sure that company also don't want this.

And the other thing is that if you want to make a good relations with your customer then honesty is the best policy.

I believe that "HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY". Some of the lie may provide short term goal for the company. But it may badly affect the company's fame. HONESTY only exist forever. So I don't like to make a bad effect on my company by saying lie.

Actually if my lie does not affect any people in and around my company and that brings good favor to my company and also it does not bring any bad name for my company then the lie becomes a good deed. Moreover if any truth that would lead to any disputes inside the company should also be avoided. Think before you act.

I feel our company is working on value based and truth full environment. Lie can give a sudden success. Although incase if it may not b against to others interest. Why do we want to lie ?customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We neeed to put ourselves at customer shoe this s what steve jobs believes nd he raised himself wd this ambition. And sudnt think that the other person may not find out our truth.

I prefer moulding myself (my company) to the customer favour rather a lier.

Sir, in my view no business can survive without a lie.
For example- If I want to sell a product for Rs 100 which costs me Rs 50, and if I tell the truth to my customer about it's cost price, then he will never buy my product.
As the great philosopher said,"The lie for the sake of someone,do not seems to be a lie".
So, I may also tell lie for my company when needed..

If I feel it will affect our company reputation in mere future then I'll make them clear about the problem and will make them understand.

What starts with a small lie can tempt a person to lie about a lot more serious things.
So, unless there is a 'very potential' reason I walk around with truth, if not then at least half-truths.

All I can say, a lie can change your image by 180 degrees, even if you say it for the beneficial for sm1. But again if a lie could save sm1 life then, I would rather prefer 2 say it instead seeing it as a sin. And as far as telling lie for the company's concern then I would never go against my will to say a lie, because it will turn out to be a disaster for me or the company as well in the long run.

It is matter of ethical values of me andcompany and, there is proverb in olden days "wil be die than to lie". Upcourse I have responsibility to save company. If I will lie may be the company will be safe but after it will be affected on onother way. So I'm not prefer that. Suppose the lie will clear the roots of relations between collegus and bas and high authotity I will do. Bcause sometimes lies solve the problems.
