Sir actually there are no such considerations in my view about work. We should complete our work with passion and joy, not with deadlines and considerations. I know that Time management is also important. More than that We have only one life, all things are important in life. So I use every 24 hours for everything and anything. And I hope I will be up to your expectations.

I think Time is not a measurement of good work it depends upon person's attitude, designation & responsibility. If work load more & he feels his presence gives some fruitfulness to company & management then gives more time if everything is normal I think not give extra time.
