A song can be sang with out instruments so musician is not necessary.

A song also doesn't compulsorily needs chorus

Tymbal is a musical instrument with out which a song can be sung
with out words there is no song

WORDS are necessary.

Without words we cannot get a song. Word is very important.

Words are not necessary to make a song. A song can be purely instrumental with just a particular tune to it and various kinds of instruments used to play that tune. Of course words are used to enhance the effect of music. There has to be some one who sets the music of that song and thus that person will be its musician. So my answer is 'musician' .

Gowthami said: (Jun 6, 2011)
Yes, words are more important to get a song.

Words are even in Poem so is it a song???

Words are even in my Comment so is it a song???

Instruments and Musicians are not required to make a song.

Chorus is important...because it is only thing wich gives tuning to the words.

People here haven't heard much of EDM. :-p.

But yeah among the four, I believe "Word" is correct.

Kunal Nigam said: (Apr 22, 2014)
It can't be. Song always have music not the words does have always cause some songs doesn't have words it have only music just in the old melodies songs. If there is the option available as music then music is right otherwise I believe that word is right but now my vote and opinion goes too music.

Without music how song will be?

Driftgt said: (Nov 26, 2015)
Geniuses, not all songs need to have words. Some disco songs like "Alan Walker-Spectre" don't have any words to it at all. Just take the NCS series. Every song has a musician, so musician should be the common thing.

Pavithra said: (Apr 5, 2016)
Answer for @Ravi Nayak question.

Music is an important one, without music we can not feel the song.

We can hymn songs remember! No need for words always. It needs a tune /chorus/melody to it to be precise. Not musician or tymbal or words.

Hafeez said: (Jul 4, 2017)
Without a word, it will be called as music only. Not song.

Shakya said: (Aug 30, 2019)
Guess what there can also instrumental song, Where there are no lyrics.

Preethi said: (Jul 2, 2021)
The answer should be tymbal.

Tymbal is a membrane that forms part of the sound-producing organ in various insects, such as the cicada. Without that, no sound can be produced and so no song.
