Yes Rahul ,I agree with you answer should be 5+2=7 otherwise question should contain the word "ONLY"

The answer is 5 and 2 cannot be added to it the questions people who can speak both eng and hindi ONLY.

According to question its asks person with eng and hindi only i.e. 5. And if anybody confused with adding to here is reason that 2 includes the person with telugu also, so cannot take 2.
