Yes, I agree 5 answer is correct because that 2 is which can speak Telugu but the question is asked that the persons who can speak English and Hindi.

The answer is 5 because these are people who can speak English and Hindi only. We can't add 2 in it as 2 people speak telegu also.

According to question its asks person with eng and hindi only i.e. 5. And if anybody confused with adding to here is reason that 2 includes the person with telugu also, so cannot take 2.
