The Given statements that have to be proven True or False is not a "Possibility" Statement but a "Definite" statement. This is very important to understand any question. The rule for a Definite Statement is that "a Definite statement must occur in all possibilities". Keeping that rule in mind it is only 3rd statement that is true in all the possible scenario. Hence the answer is 1. Only 3.

If you see the first basic Venn diagram only 3 conclusions can follow. Acc to rule if false conclusion cannot be check in any other possible diagram or only true conclusion will check on possible diagram.
So, the answer A is correct.

My opinion: except 3rd conclusion, the remaining all are possibilities but all the conclusions are given as definite. So the 3rd conclusion is definite and true as per the statement.
