I think 2 and 3 follow because it is mentioned in the question that some rats are cats and some cats are dogs. Then how can the 2nd statement is false?
No dog is a rat should be true right.
So, The first statement is of course false. But 2 and 3 should be true.
No dog is a rat should be true right.
So, The first statement is of course false. But 2 and 3 should be true.

Guys option 3 is correctt. Because. If you are checking for No conclusion. You have to check the basic and possibility diagram. The basic diagram is given diagram. In that case, there is no link between a cat and a cow.
So, it is true in the basic diagram. The possibility diagram which is, you have to think about whether any possibility of linking the cat and cow. Yes, you have.
If you have the possibility but in conclusion, they said not. So it is false. If you choose the "No" conclusion, it should satisfy both the basic and possibility diagram. Here only one can satisfy. So 1st option is not correct. Similar to 2nd option. Then only the last is correct.

A conclusion is valid only if it follows from all possible interpretations of the statements not just one.
