Even I think option (d) is incorrect because there is an or between two venn diagrams, so according to second venn diagram, some cows are elephants.

Option D is not correct answer since it is not satisfying all the venn diagrams. The conclusion must be true in all the cases.

Guys I think second diagram is based on possibility and we should consider that diagram in case of possibility conclusion.

Hello,
According to me,
1st option is correct. It follows rule of transitivity in syllogisms.
Some cows - p.
Are crows - q.
Elephants - r.
p -> q.
q -> r.
p -> r.

Guys. Option D is d the correct one.
Here two diff diagrams says that there are two different possibility.
Either it can satisfy 1st diagram or 2nd diagram.
So in this condition (where there are two diff possibility) how can we make the conclusion. So we CANNOT make d CONCLUSION here.
This is the rule.
And here Or represents two different possibility. Its not like either fulfill this or fulfill other condition.

In the second statement the subject is Crows which is not distributed at all thats why the answer is "D".

If we follow with 2nd diagram opt:D is correct. If we follow 1st diagram opt:D is correct.
Post the correct procedure.
This makes confusion in answer.
But, everyone usually get idea of 1st diagram.

Guys there can two more venn diagrams be drawn for this particular question. Considering them also answer A is the correct one.

I think only because we are getting two different possibilities from the two venn diagrams so we can't come to a conclusion.
So answer D is correct.
So answer D is correct.

D is correct because it is satisfying in only one diagram. The conclusion 1.
