Directions to Solve
Each of these questions are based on the information given below:
- A ,B, C, D and E are five men sitting in a line facing to south - while M, N, O, P and Q are five ladies sitting in a second line parallel to the first line and are facing to North.
- B who is just next to the left of D, is opposite to Q.
- C and N are diagonally opposite to each other.
- E is opposite to O who is just next right of M.
- P who is just to the left of Q, is opposite to D.
- M is at one end of the line.

Question may be wrong... because in 1st as per given....... "B who is just next to the left of D,.. but in solution b is taken as right position of D....

Question is correct & answer is also perfect there is no doubt. But I don't understand "M is at one end of the line" why M is placed in that place ?

There may be more solution as ADBEF abd NPQOM is also right, but this arrangement will not give correct answer whatever has been asked in question.

In the second statement it was given that B is just next to the left of D but in the solution it was not like that.so question may be wrong.

To avoid confusion assume yourself as B sitting facing towards south then you will realize that B is left of D and E is right of D.

Everything is correct.
M is at left corner as O has to sit right to it. If we take it at right corner no one can sit right to it.

Question is correct. Because direction is given d faced of south so its left as the right of other person whose faced is north.
