Guys I will try to answer it. I too thought it was R but. They are facing towards the center here. Take hexagon and draw lines between its side you will get p-s, r-u,t-q. These are opposite to each other. If you don't agree , I have another one. Just rotate the positions. Push p to right side and make T as center. Now you will see Q as its center :).

In a circular seating arrangement, when facing the center, all there rights are in the anti clockwise direction and for the outward it is clockwise direction is it correct or not? Please give me a reply.

Answer is R. The order of letter is ("S, U, T, P, R, P") to the clockwise direction. Thank you, friends.

Guys answer is Q only. As they all are facing in the center ,so just draw a line from every point to centre and you will get your answer. To understand this in a better way just draw a hexagonal of equal side and equal angle ,and then join every point to centre (as they are facing towards the center), then you will see opposite points P-S, R-U and T-Q.
