As in the question, already it is said that each at one corner, that means opposite to T is Q.

People, I too thought it was R but,
They are facing towards the centre here. Take hexagon and draw lines on its side you will get p-s, r-u,t-q. These are opposite to each other. Guess it's helpful.

Guys answer is Q only. As they all are facing in the center ,so just draw a line from every point to centre and you will get your answer. To understand this in a better way just draw a hexagonal of equal side and equal angle ,and then join every point to centre (as they are facing towards the center), then you will see opposite points P-S, R-U and T-Q.
