2 cases are obtained in this question. And answers with both the cases are different. So the answer should be DATA INSUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is Lalit because in the question it is given that they all are facing towards center so according to Prakash Lalit is sitting right to Prakash.

Actually, the answer D is correct. As questions say they all are facing the centre. So, from Prakash's perspective, Lait is situated in his right.

Circle is correct if you do opposite as Sambit said then the second answer will be wrong. Hence the answer which is given here is wrong.
