Yes answer is U,

Forming it in circular position , starting from S and ending at S
this can also be the arrangement.

S U V P R T Q W S , check it

@All.

Wherever circle starts from according to the condition, The circle is facing towards the center.

By using this condition, T is right to V and U is left of V.

[tip:consider a man is standing in position V facing towards the center. ]

@All.

Always clockwise direction is left.

Anti-clockwise direction is right.

Now check your answer.

Kindly help with this question: ABCDEFG are sitting around a circular table, facing the center but not necessarily in the same order.

1. D sits second to the left of H's husband. No female is an immediate neighbor of B.

2. D's daughter sits second to the right of F. F is the sister of G.F is not an immediate neighbor of H's husband.

3. Only one sits between A and F. A is the father of G. H's brother D sits to the immediate left of H's mother. Only one person sits between H's mother and E.

4. Only one person sits between H and G. G is the mother of C. G is not an immediate neighbor of E.

The answer is T immediate right means the person who is right side of V. Right side is anti clockwise direction.

Devasheesh said: (Dec 20, 2015)
Answer is T, since all are facing the center making their right > anticlockwise.

Pratap Kumar said: (Apr 29, 2016)
Answer is T. If we rotate it in anticlockwise, we'll get easily.

Neeru said: (May 20, 2016)
Yes, I tried this, T is immediate right of V.

Arungokul said: (May 21, 2016)
According to first and third condition V is in between P and U. So U is the answer.

A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H are sitting around a circular table.

D sit 3rd to the right of B, E sit 2nd to the left ofB. An immediate neighbour of B faces the same direction. C sit 2nd to the left of E. E faces centre. F sit 3rd to the right of C. G sit 2nd to the left of H. H is not an immediate neighbour of B, G faces the same direction as D, an immediate neighbour of E and F faces opposite direction.

Can anybody find the each position of the eight persons?

Manmeet said: (Jul 6, 2016)
As per my logic, U is the answer.

Akanksha said: (Jul 8, 2016)
See, persons who are looking to centre are E, B, F, G and who are looking outwards are H, C, D.

So members will sit accordingly.

E>>H>>C>>D>>A>>F>>B>>G.

There is a lot of confusion in this question. Please clear me with the correct explanation.

Siman said: (Nov 8, 2016)
You are saying q is not between s and w. It clearly implies that something else has to come in between those numbers and U is the correct answer. So, please correct the question and diagram.

Eight people - E, F, G, H, J, K, L and M - are sitting around a circular table, facing the centre. Each of them is a different profession - Chartered Accountant, Columnist, Doctor, Engineer, Financial Analyst, Lawyer, Professor and Scientist, but not necessarily in the same order. F is sitting second to the left of K. The Scientist is an immediate neighbour of K. There are only three people between the Scientist and E. Only one person sits between the Engineer and E. The Columnist is on the immediate right of the Engineer. M is second to the right of K. H is the Scientist. G and J are immediate neighbours of each other. Neither G nor J is an Engineer. The Financial Analyst is on the immediate left of F. The Lawyer is second to the right of the Columnist. The Professor is an immediate neighbour of the Engineer. G is second to the right of the Chartered Accountant.

Please show the arrangement in picture form.

Waris said: (Dec 14, 2016)
Yeah, the answer is T and U.

It depends on where we put R and V the neighbour of T. If you put R at the right side the answer will b T and if you put V at the right side the answer will be U.

Mamta said: (Dec 16, 2016)
@Trimurtulu.

E(charted accountant), M(columnist), L(eng), K(prof), H(sci), F(doc), G(financial) and J(lawyer).

Agree, the answer is U.

Hemanth Kumar said: (Jul 9, 2020)
@All.

It's very clear that U and V are neighbours to each other.

So one can't insert U between P and T with V as there is only one left.

Therefore the correct option would be 'OPTION B' i.e, "U".

Arpit Makwana said: (Oct 14, 2020)
W can be possible it fulfil all the written statement.

Can anyone agree?

N M V Rohith said: (Aug 28, 2021)
