Confusion may arise between the correctness of B/C, but B can be true or false depending upon the two arrangements that I have posted. But C can never hold true if we satisfy all conditions given in the question.

JHLMPTRS is the arrangement.
1. J and S are not neighbors, so just assume that they are in the ends J-------S.

2. Harry is just next to the left of Larry so somewhere in between J and S we have HL.

3. There is at least one to the left of Larry. --HL.

4. Paul lives in one of the two houses in the middle. So J--P---S or J---P--S.

5. Mike lives in between Paul and Larry. So HLMP somewhere in the arrangement.

6. at least one lives to the right of Robert and Harry is not between Taud and Larry So, combining all the 6,

J---P--S
JHLMP--S
JHLMPT-S
JHLMPTRS

So the arrangement is,

* * * * * * * *
J H L M P T R S.

Jack is not the neighbour Siman S_J_S.

Harry is just next to the left of Larry. H L.

There is at least one to the left of Larry. - - H L.

Paul lives in one of the two houses in the middle. - - - P P - - -.

Mike lives in between Paul and Larry. H L M P P J - S.

If at least one lives to the right of Robert H L M P - J R S.

And Harry is not between Taud and Larry H L M P T J R S.

I got the same answer.

There are four ways.

S H L M P T R J (OR)

J H L M P T R J (OR)

S H L M P J R J (OR)

J H L M P J R S .

CHECK above conditions.

Taud is not between Paul and Jack.

So the answer is C.

T -L-H-M-P-J-R-S.
