To me this question looks incomplete because we need some more information to correctly judge the position of Taud, Jack, and Simmon
like if we solve the question from the above given information, there are more than one arrangement possible, and all arrangements lead to different answers
for eg: H L M P J T R S, the answer from this arrangement matches the answer given
but H L M P T J R S arrangement also satisfies all the conditions given, which means this is also a possible arrangement, but the answer from this option is (B) or none of these.

Basically, the given answer is wrong, it should be option (D) because when we arrange Paul at the 5th house from left. The arrangement is not possible as it clashes with the condition "Harry not between Taud and Larry ".
So arrangement should be that Larry should be placed in the 4th position from left, and one of the possible conditions/arrangements is:.
HLMPTJRS, so according to this arrangment taud can be between Paul and Jack. So please modify the option accordingly.

The correct answer is JRSPMHLT.
Because R and L side one left is mention in the question.

If we go by the situation given, the position of 3 persons has not been defined.
So, there are many answers related to j, s, & t's position, as per my answer option {d} is correct.

Possible arrangements are;
JHLMPSRT.
JHLMPTRS.
SHLMPJRT.
SHLMPTRJ.
Since Harry is not between T and L, it means first cannot be T
J ! next to S, hence 1st and 6th position can be swapped.
Similarly, 6th and 8th can also be swapped there.
But R must at the 7th as there is someone right to him.
