Tailor measure mark cut put on is wrong.

Because after cutting no one cannot put on directly without tailoring.

Here tailor is for stitching.

'Tailor' in verb form is 'Stitch'.
'Put on' is To wear.

So, 'D' is absolutely correct.

It's not necessary that tailor should take the measurements always. His main work is to stitch.
