So community come first.

Exactly I do agree with @Ayush and @Rinku, locality should come before community.

Well me too was thinking the same that locality should come before community but after reading definition by @Navdeep Chaudhary, its indicating community first.

So, locality comes after community.

Because starting point of channel is member, then he make family, community, locality etc. So correct answer is A.

Communities can spread across the world by transmission of information. Localities are geographical entities, so they're limited by boundaries. So I think community must come after locality.

The community is relatively closer compared to Locality, maybe that's why they have given community before Locality.

But at the same time, it would be logical to place it as Family Locality Community.
