The concepts of "community" and "locality" can vary in scale, so their relative size depends on the context in which they are used:

1. Community:
- A community is a group of people who share common interests, values, or goals. It is primarily defined by social and relational connections rather than physical space.
- Communities can be small, such as a neighborhood group, or large, such as a global online community. The size of a community is determined by the number of people involved and their level of interaction.
- For example, an online community of fans of a particular TV show can include members from all over the world, making it potentially very large.

2. Locality:
- A locality refers to a specific geographic area or place. It is defined by physical boundaries and location.
- Localities can also vary in size, from small (like a village or neighborhood) to large (like a city or region).
- The size of a locality is determined by its geographic boundaries and the extent of the area it covers.

Comparison:
-Locality Size: Localities are often more limited in size compared to the potential scale of communities, as they are confined to physical dimensions.
-Community Size: Communities can be much larger because they are not restricted by physical space and can encompass people from a vast range of locations, often spanning cities, countries, or even globally.

In conclusion, while a locality is generally constrained by geographic limits, a community can extend far beyond those limits, making it potentially much larger. Thus, in many cases, communities can be larger than localities due to their ability to connect individuals across diverse and widespread areas.

Settlement, locality or populated place are general terms used in statistics, archaeology, geography, landscape history and other subjects for a permanent or temporary community in which people live or have lived, without being specific as to size, population or importance. A settlement can therefore range in size from a small number of dwellings grouped together to the largest of cities with surrounding urbanized areas. The term may include hamlets, villages, towns and cities.

Community can refer to a usually small, social unit of any size that shares common values. The term can also refer to the national community or international community.

So, locality comes after community.

Well, those who say locality is correct if they think population-wise and if the community is assumed to be the caste spread across the country or a region.

But please think another aspect like the community is defined when a people of similar interest meet in a locality like a community center in our locality. It has nothing to do with caste, creed or religion. So the correct sequence is true as the given answer.

I think first comes the members of the family, and the family particularly belong sto onecommunity that may be hindu, muslim, christian etc. And then this paricularly falls under the locality and the locality comes under the country.

So correct order should be. Member, family, community, locality, country.

A group of families together forms the 'locality' or neighborhood where these families live sociably. 'Community' is demonstrated as the 'group of localities' sharing a common identity, common goals, and interests. So, most probably the locality should come before the community in the sequence.

The correct order should be as follows:-

Member Family Locality Community Country
3 1 4 2 5

The locality should come before community. Community may be spread over a region but the locality just surrounds the family.

Community means a group of people who choose to live together, due to the common interests and habits that they share.

The locality is the geographical area or the neighbourhood where a particular person, or a family, a community, etc.

I think the given answer is correct.

As members make a family.

Different families but. Sharing common values make communities.

Different communities live together in a locality.

And different localities exist in a country.
