Ankur is to the left of Kumar. So focus on Ankur position and look for north-east of Ankur, who is Pinto.

The answer is 215. Because he has travelled 25+40+60+60 (back from dev to Kumar) +30 (because the total distance between Pintu and dev was 90 of which 60 has been covered by him travelling from dev to Kumar and now the left distance is of 30) =215.

From N he travels at distance of 25 to meet A, then he travels a distance of 40 to meet K, then he meets D (to his right) at a distance of 60, then goes back to meet P at distance of 90.
Totally, 25+40+60+90 = 215.
Totally, 25+40+60+90 = 215.

But how you can choose the distance of 25, 40, 60, 90 by yourself?
