- Kumar is at 40 m to the right of Ankur.
- Dev is are 60 m in the south of Kumar.
- Nilesh is at a distance of 25 m in the west of Ankur.
- Pintu is at a distance of 90 m in the North of Dev.

According to the question, to ^ left to the Kumar^ is Ankur.
Now Ankur is 40 m away from Kumar at North. And Pintu is 30 m away from Kumar. If you see the difference between Ankur's position and Pintu it is 10 m. Thus, if ankur is in 40 m towards North and pintu falls under him that means at eastnorth.

Kumar is at 40 m to the right of Ankur. Instead of right, that should be LEFT. I think we're having typos here? I guess that's the reason why it's bringing us confusion? I hope you get my point, English is not my native language XD.

If you draw the direction as per the given statement, you will find that the left of Kumar is Ankur, now North East of Ankur is Pintu.
