In the first one; R & T r alternate similarly T & V r alternate.
Similarly, in 3rd 4th & 5th W, D, K are alternates of U, B & I.
But the rule isn't followed in the second one & hence 2nd is the odd one out.

Also, the difference between the 1st and 2nd alphabet is 4 and 2nd and 3rd alphabet is 2.
And this pattern is not followed in option B.
