Don't make confusion "He is the son of the only son of my mother. " means Suresh's mother's son who? Suresh. And that boy is his son.

I think that boy is the brother of Suresh i.e. Because Suresh said he is the son of my (my means here Suresh) mother, therefore, Suresh is the brother of that boy.

The Key word Here is ONLY and MY. The moment he says ONLY SON of MY mother. ie He is referring to himself in a complicated way. He is the son of Suresh himself. Hence Suresh is FATHER.

@Shyamji
Difference between the son and only son means SON means he or she has one or more SONS but Only son means he or she has only one son (he don't have a brother).
I hope you understand.
