Because Suresh showed a boy and tell that he is the son of his mother means son of Suresh's mother that's why they are brothers.

In above question, the boy is the only son of the son of my mother it means as per second generation the Suresh is the son of his mother which has been clearly mentioned in the question and that boy is the son of Suresh.
Therefore Suresh is the father of that boy and his mother is the grandmother of that boy.
Therefore Suresh is the father of that boy and his mother is the grandmother of that boy.
