I think that boy is the brother of Suresh i.e. Because Suresh said he is the son of my (my means here Suresh) mother, therefore, Suresh is the brother of that boy.

If suresh is father of that boy, then how can say.
He is the son of the only son of my mother. My mother son means himself that is only suresh.
