Who said reena is girl? we should not assume anything.

So cannot be determined.

But he is the only son. Then how Reena is his sister?

Can it not be Reena itself. Only son of Reena's father could be Reena.

That implies Reena has a brother who has mother/father as a single child of their father.

How you came to know that the only child of her grandfather is male?

The only child of my grandfather -> Reena's grandpa has only one child, so Reena and the guy in photo share common parents.

The only son of -> there are only one male child and other children will be female.

So Reena is his sister.

As per my knowledge, It comes sister. Kindly explain once more.
