The right answer is d (can't be determined) because we don't know A is male or female.

D's gender is not mentioned. So how we can consider that D is male or female. So the answer is CND.

A is father of c ---->A(father) for C.
C is sister of d ---->C(sister) for D(male person).
A's brother is E.
D is son of B means A (male)and B(female) married couple and their children C and D
so that B female and E male so that should be sister-in-law.
A is father of c ---->A(father) for C.
C is sister of d ---->C(sister) for D(male person).
A's brother is E.
D is son of B means A (male)and B(female) married couple and their children C and D

A is the brother of B and B is the sister of C and C is the father of D.
So, A+B-C are brother and sister. D is either son or daughter of C. Hence D is related to A is an uncle.
