Explanation:

P - M → P is the brother of M

1) Take it logically.
2) Let see the options.
3) All we want p on left side(as P is gona be related with Q) and Q on rite side.
4) Also we want * with Q on right side as he is P's mothers brother. Because brother sister relation is shown by * sign.
5) All this pointed toward option C.
6) Make family tree of c.
