So P is female..
Again (b) rejected because P must be male.

Means; S is a father of P but is P male or female, we don't know...
So part (d) is again rejected.

c) P - M + N x Q
P - M means P is the brother of M.
So P is male, so it is sufficient to prove the answer.

Lets complete it;
P - M + N x Q
P - M means P is the brother of M.
M + N means M is the mother of N.
N x Q means N is the sister of Q.

Conclusion: P is the brother of M, and M is the mother of Q.
So, P is the Uncle of Q.
