There is simple logic to solve this problem.
First of all, we that S should be male. So option (b) cannot be the answer. Because it has S at the last so we cannot determine the gender.
In both option (a) and option (c) after S @ (which gives the female relationship) is present. So (a) and (c) cannot be the answer. Thus the answer would be option (d). None of these.

In question, they asked that we have to,
Proof S is father of Q..
In B Option they didn't mention S is male or female.
So Option D is correct.

Option B perfectly matches the criteria of the question so we can't say any of these. So option B is correct.

The answer also be B (but it's not because we don't have the gender of "S") Therefore D is the correct answer.

D is correct because the gender of S is indefinite, and it might be mother or father.
