Hi all. Here is my explanation.

The correct answer according to me is option D.

Explanation:
Option A say S@P$Q which means S is the sister of P and P is the father of Q and here P is the father, not S.
Option B says Q@P%S which means Q is the sister of P is the son of S here P is the father, not S.
Option C says Q$S@P which means Q is the father of S and S is the sister of P.
And the question asked shows the relation that S is the father of Q but according to this equation Q is the father of S.

Therefore option D. None of these is correct.
Hope this helps.

Hi,

The correct answer according to me is option D.

Explanation:
The option A say S@P$Q which means S is the sister of P and P is the father of Q and here P is the father, not S.
The option B says Q@P%S which means Q is the sister of P is the son of S here P is the father, not S.
The option C says Q$S@P which means Q is the father of S and S is the sister of P.
And the question asked shows the relations that S is the father of Q but according to this equation Q is the father of S..
Therefore option D. None of these is correct

Correct answer is option (D). Because simple technique follow this you will solve max of blood relation problems with in sections.

First read the question thoroughly. Here the question asked is S is the father of Q. So, S must be a male character and the generation gap between D and M is 2.

So in 1st and 2nd options S and Q seems to be female character next third option is there is Q is the father of S. So the answer is none of these.

There is simple logic to solve this problem.

First of all, we that S should be male. So option (b) cannot be the answer. Because it has S at the last so we cannot determine the gender.

In both option (a) and option (c) after S @ (which gives the female relationship) is present. So (a) and (c) cannot be the answer. Thus the answer would be option (d). None of these.

Q @ P means Q is the sister of P.
P % S means P is the son of S.
If P is the son of S and Q is P's sister, this means S must be the parent of both Q and P. Since P is the son of S, it implies that S is the father of both Q and P.

Conclusion: Option B Correct.

The statement Q @ P % S indeed shows that S is the father of Q.

What with the gender?

In ques. it is written whether s is father or not.
sol. q is the sister of p......
and if p is son of s......
then q is also son or daughter of p .... bco'z p&q are (brother sister) or(sister sister )

Ans: b is correct........

Option D is right i.e non of these because,

Q@P means Q is sister of p.
P%S means P is son of S.

That means P and Q are son & daughter of S.
But we can't say it with surety whether S is mother or father as the gender of S cannot b determined.

So, option D is the answer.

According to me, Option D is the correct option.

Explanation :- Q @ P % S specifies that Q is the sister of P and P is the son of S, which means both Q and P are the children of S but the gender of S is not specified hence we cannot conclude that S is the father of Q.

Hi Afroz, You are wrong. Correct answer is 'None of these'.

Reason:

Option B: Q (sister of) P (son of) S

P is son of S. Here the gender of 'S' is not given. 'S' might be Father or Mother.

So, we cannot say S is father of P.

Thats why the answer is 'option D'.
