I think option B is logical, we can assume that s is the father of q while it is not mentioned the gender of s in answer.

There is simple logic to solve this problem.
First of all, we that S should be male. So option (b) cannot be the answer. Because it has S at the last so we cannot determine the gender.
In both option (a) and option (c) after S @ (which gives the female relationship) is present. So (a) and (c) cannot be the answer. Thus the answer would be option (d). None of these.

In question, they asked that we have to,
Proof S is father of Q..
In B Option they didn't mention S is male or female.
So Option D is correct.
