I think option B is logical, we can assume that s is the father of q while it is not mentioned the gender of s in answer.

P % S -----> P is the son of S.

So, S is the father of Q. Option B is correct.

So P and Q are brother and sister. So S is the father of Q.

As we don't know the gender of s so we can't decide weather s is father or mother of q hence option (d) is right.

Read the question carefully "S is the FATHER of Q". So answer is "B".
