Option B is answer not D.
Because,
Q is sister of P and P is son of S i.e. S is father of P.
As Q is sister of P hence S is father of Q also.
So answer is option B.

According to me, B is the correct answer as Q is the sister of P and P is the son S.
So, as the question S is the father of both Q and P, as both of them are siblings.

Option D is correct. Because we can say Q is the son of S. We cannot determine S is male or female. So option D is correct.
So SUNDAR ANSWER IS CORRECT.
So SUNDAR ANSWER IS CORRECT.

In question, they asked that we have to,
Proof S is father of Q..
In B Option they didn't mention S is male or female.

Here the gender of S cannot be determined from option B. In the question, it is clear that S is the father. So optÃon D is correct.

As the gender of s is not specified (mother/father) , We cannot conclude that S is the ' father' of Q.
Hence, option D is appropriate.
Hence, option D is appropriate.

Q is the sister of P ( Q&P are siblings)
If S is the father of P obviously, S is the father of Q too.
Then, Q@P%S is correct.
