Answer: Option
Explanation:

Let number of horses = number of men = x.

Then, number of legs = 4x + 2 x (x/2) = 5x.

Here no Of horses and men is equal.
So, Let's say x
While half of the owner is on horses back and a half walking
So total legs on the ground is 70.
We know a horse has 4 legs and a man has 2 legs
So 4x + 2(x/2)= 70 (here x/2 is bcoz half of the men is on horse's back while only half is walking with horses).
5x = 70 .
x = 14 (horses and men).
