As we know 3 notes are equal in parts. So, the clue is they must be even numbers.

Now just check the options where we have even numbers; that are 60 and 90.

Divide 60 in 3 parts (20, 20, 20) now multiply them by 1, 5, 10.

(20*1 + 20*5 + 20*10) = 320.

Now for 90.
30*1 + 30*5 + 30*10 = 480.
So, it is the correct answer.

10*40=400 10 rupe*40.
5*15=75,
1*5=5.

So total 60 notes we need how 90?

Total Rs. 480.
1 : 5 : 10.
480/16 = 30.
That means one rupee 30 notes = Rs. 30.
5 rupees 30 notes = 150.
10 rupees 30 notes = 300.
Total = Rs. 480.

You can also solve it as 1(one rupee note ) + 5(rupee note ) +10( rupee note ) =16.

Then 480/16 = 30. Since all notes have an equal number so 30 each note, then total will be 30 * 3 = 90.

DENOMINATION MEANS NUMBER OF NOTE, in q question number of notes are equal, that's why we multiplied x with 3, means we have 90 notes, whom 30 of 1 rupees, 30 of 5 rupee, 30 of 10 rupee.

Because the man has 3 notes (1, 5, 10 rupee respectively).
