Simple logic first sees option there asked pineapple so,
4 * 7 = 28,
2 * 5 = 10.
4 * 7 = 28,

7 + 7 + 7 + 7 = 28.
5 + 5 = 10.
28 + 10 = 38.
5 + 5 = 10.
28 + 10 = 38.
