15 soldiers + 1 captain = 16 persons.
So, among 16 persons the number of captain is 1.
Again among 1200 persons the number of captains are 1200/16 = 75 captains.

15 soldiers + 1 captain = Group of 16.
Total of 1200 persons including soldiers & captain. So we added then in a group.
