The answer 15 would come as under:
14 = 7x2, so that we should add these number. i.e 7+2 =9.
26 = 13x2, again, 13+2 = 15.

Another logic is;
14 is divided by 2 and 9 divided by 3 similarly 26 is divided by 2; and again 15 is divided by 3. i.e 2, 3, 2, 3.
