According to me, the solution is;
3^2=9 and 2^3=8.
so, 4^2=16 and 2^4=16.
So the answer is 16 -> C.
3^2=9 and 2^3=8.
so, 4^2=16 and 2^4=16.
So the answer is 16 -> C.
