In simple algebra, numbers concerned with 10 is called 'Decimal' and numbers concerned with 2 is called 'Binary'. In BINARY system there is no place of numbers like 3, 4, 5 etc. So, there is no question of option A, B, D.

In digital 10=decimal (0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9).
In digital 2=binary (0 1).

Yes, septet and quartet are related to the numbers seven and four, but they are not number bases, like decimal and binary. The words septet and quartet instead refer to, in music, either a group of multiple singers, or to mathematical tuples.
