Corpulent means excessively fatty body.
Now coming to the option A (i.e.) lean. It means thin. In Bengali. It means roga or charbiheen.
So it can't the synonym.
Now coming to the option b i.e.gaunt. It means also thin body.
Now coming to third option emaciated. It also means very much thin bodyor week body.
So the answer will be option D (I.E). . Obese. It means. Fatty body.
